Subject goals and competencies:


The purpose of the course is to get acquainted with the field of digitization for the application of full digital transformation to the entire enterprise or institution and to train to run digital transformation projects using technologies to form a full digital offer, as well as to lead Maintaining existing solutions as a result of previous digital transformation. Competences expected to be acquired by the student after completing the subject: - Understanding the importance of full digital transformation - Ability to run and participate in projects that include digitization processes at the entire enterprise or institution - Application of technologies for the formation of digital services to create one`s own digital offer - argumentative analysis and criticism of past projects of digital transformation and existing digital offers

Topics processed within this subject: - concepts of digital transformation, digitization of the entire enterprise or institution. - Digital services and digital offer versus classic services and offer. - Technologies for the establishment, presentation and offer of digital services. - methodologies of development and maintenance of digitization projects. - Planning projects for digital transformation. - Life cycle of digital transformation at the whole company level or institution. - Activities in the preparatory phase for digitization. - Digitization processes for complete digital transformation. - Post-discretion activities and preparation for the formation of digital services. - Presentation and implementation of digital services - technologies that enable digital transformation and digital offer - Selection of the most appropriate technologies for digital transformation and digital offer - Enabling a digital offer in its own directing and providing in the cloud - advantages and negatives. - Maintaining a digital offer.
