Subject goals and competencies:


Students will be able to get acquainted with advanced topics in the field of processes and technology realization of e-government. After completing the course candidates: will acquire deepened knowledge of architecture and organization of information delivery processes, exchange of Documents and the realization of advanced and complete services for citizens and legal entities in Society using advanced ICT technologies. The last one will be considered in particular challenges and modern trends for the implementation of ELADIN SERVICES as a complete solution realized with a cloud service. For this purpose, topics for advanced estimation of The claims and needs of users, and at the same time deepened analysis and planning of new Services. The practical part of the course will include both defining and implementing a system for Managing a system for delivering advanced government-service.

Subject content:


Overview of advanced topics from Eulada, challenges and contemporary trends. Architecture of Advanced Systems for realization of EDMinistration, realization of public procurement, complete Functionality of e-Business solutions, edemocracy, EXPLOSIBLE, EGAGE AND OTHER. Application of Social networks and perfect tools in the process of realization of Eulada. Organization of modern Eulada systems such as cloud services. Interoperability and organization of a shared platform to exchange information and provide government services. Legal regulation, protection and privacy of information. Analysis of possible use of modern training including simulators, sessional networks and Other services implemented in the cloud. Planning, designing and managing organizational Changes for the realization of advanced Euladin services. Analysis of usability and proliferation, Eulada`s performance and sophistication.
