Subject goals and competencies:


Introducing students to cyber security and data privacy. Various aspects of cyber security, standards and directives. Confidentiality, integrity and authentication implementation.

Subject content:


Critical infrastructures. Safety standards and directives. Using PKI for security and privacy. Integrity and anonymity. Digital identities and authentication. Confidential services. Fraud and identity theft. Privacy and Publicity Policies. Ubiquitous security monitoring and big data analytics. Key issues of Internet security and privacy.
