Subject goals and competencies:

After completing the course, the student is expected to have knowledge of the skills needed to manage ICT projects.

Subject content:

Nature of project management in engineering systems and required skills for software project management. Personal skills: Developing self-awareness, Coping with personal stress, Solving problems analytically and creatively. Interpersonal skills: Building relationships through communicative support, Gaining power and influence, Motivating other people, Managing conflicts. Group Skills: Authorization and Delegation, Building Effective Teams and Teamwork. Leading positive changes.

Предавања поддржани со презентации преку слајдови, интерактивни предавања, вежби (користење на опрема и софтверски пакети), тимска работа, пример случаи, поканети гости предавачи, самостојна изработка и одбрана на проектна задача и семинарска работа, учење во електронско опкружување (форуми, консултации).
