Title: Testing of Spring web applications

Abstract:
This lecture aims to showcase the significance of automated testing of Spring web applications.

Key topics to be covered:

• Unit Testing: Explore how to test components in isolation to ensure that each one operates as intended.
• Integration Testing: Best practices used to test the integration of the different layers in the Spring web application.
• System or End-to-End (E2E) Testing: How to test the overall functionality of an application in a real-world scenario.

Through practical examples (hands-on) and valuable insights, we aim to familiarize you with industry best practices and experience. We invite you to actively participate, ask questions, and make the most of this lecture as an opportunity to gain insight in the test automation of Spring web applications.

Presenters: 
We are engineers working in G+D Netcetera with many years of experience in the area of developing and testing applications and web services written in Java particularly in Spring/Spring Boot. Currently we are part of the 3-D Secure Issuing Service product with the following roles:

• Due to legal limitations, we are only able to offer internships to applicants below the age of 34.
• For the Software Engineer Internship positions, applicants must have successfully completed their third year of studies to be eligible.
