An international Swiss company who develops software for the financial industry is looking for: Junior JAVA developers, Middle JAVA developers, Senior JAVA developers.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required experience:
- 1 to 5 years experience working with J2EE - required for the position MIDDLE JAVA DEVELOPER;
- Minimum 5 years experience working with J2EE - required for the position SENIOR JAVA DEVELOPER;
- A proven project experience in developing diverse Web based complex Business Applications with DB connectivity and web service interconnection with other server applications;
- B. Sc. Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or relevant related education;
- Fluency in written and spoken English language;
- Knowledge of German language will be considered as a plus.
Required technical skills:
- Sophisticated knowledge in the following : JAVA (SCJP), PL/SQL, JDBC;
- Experience with one of the following DB`s : Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL;
- Sophisticated knowledge in the following: CSS, JavaScript, JSF, IceFaces or quivalent Framework, Web services (JAXB);
- Experience with Tomcat;
- Experience with one of the following AS (Jboss or Glassfish);
- Knowledge of IDE: MyEclipse;
- Knowledge od OS: Windows, Unix, Linux;
- Solid understanding of networking/ distributed computing environment concepts;
- Solid understanding the principles of routing, client/server programming.
Professional skills and abilities:
- Consulting with the Lead Programmer and the Technical Manager, regarding professional skill development;
- Ability to solve problems quickly and completely;
- Ability to identify tasks which require automation and automate those tasks;
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment;
- Ability for 'thinking outside the box';
- Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on verbal and written correspondence;
- Team player;
- Motivated and result oriented;
- Loyal.

Working conditions:
