Subject goals and competencies:


In this course, students will acquire the knowledge of business -based business decision making. Students will get acquainted with the method of knowledge of knowledge, methods and techniques for decision -making, design, development and evaluation of data -based business decision -making systems. Upon completion of this course, students will gain deeper knowledge of the techniques and methods of making business decisions, the right choice of methods and techniques, the design and development of business decision -making systems and their application in different applications. Students will gain practical knowledge by analyzing a case study.

Making decisions, introductions, concepts, business decisions. Collecting and representation of business data. Methods and techniques for modeling in business decision making. Decision -making systems, introduction, concepts, categorization. Design and Development of decision -making systems. Software tools and environments for design and development. Business Decision Analysis. Evaluation of decision -making results. Business decision -making in organizations management. Business decision making in marketing, sales and e-commerce. Business decision -making to manage customer relationships. Business decision making in production and innovation. Business decision making for optimization, deployment and planning.
