Subject goals and competencies:


The course aims to introduce students in the human resources management problem, as one of the most important resources in the company. By successfully completing the course, the student will be able to independently identify, analyze and solve problems related to human resource management, to properly recruit and selection of employees, evaluate training programs, development and management, understand the nature of Relations between employees and plan and perform other activities in order for employees to contribute to the success of the company in an effective and most efficient way.

Subject content:


The role of human resources in the development and support of the mission, vision, values, strategic goals, in formulation of policies, managing the process of change, and evaluation of human resources contribution to the effectiveness of the company. Topics include measurement of human capital, the role of the manager in strategic human resources planning, human resources planning, employee recruitment, testing and selection, candidates interviewing, training and development of employees, performance management, career development, career development, development Talent Management, Establishing Strategic Plans for Salaries and Compensation, Performance Salary, Financial Motivation and Benefits, Ethics, Righteousness and Fair Treatment, Human Resource Management in Entrepreneurial Companies.
