Subject goals and competencies: Objectives of the subject program • This item is motivated by the belief that it is better to create an accurate product than to create the product correctly. The basics to achieve this are two -sided: • To be able to model and analyze business facts and processes and • Adjust business models to needs. • The subject will apply the specifics of the UML and introduce new properties, such as a contract diagram. The conversion is carried out by developing a gap-Navigator, which is a term that is based on software refining. The subject will look at different business modes, including B2C (Business to Customer), B2B (Business to Business),… • Realistic examples of small and medium -sized enterprises will be displayed and reviewed during the subject (SME - Small and Medium Sized Enterprises) Competences Upon successful completion of this subject, the student will be able to: • Modeling things and business processes using UML; • approaches modern business practices and establishes a basis for improving processes; • Creates models that accurately display the nature of businesses; • establishes business templates to solve the most common problems; • structures models in order to maximize organizational contribution; • transforms the business model into a model of needs
