Prerequisites for enrollment

10.

Subject goals and competencies:

The course is an overview of the basic concepts of information management in medical and health facilities. In this context, the types of data used in medical facilities and data generation devices are defined. The content also includes data management systems, eventually defining problems, challenges and possible solutions to managing information in modern health institutions. Upon completion of the course, the student is expected to know and understand the problems that arise when implementing computer systems in medical conditions or to solve media problems, and to know how to define requirements and design software systems in medical facilities.
