Subject goals and competencies:


By successfully completing the course, the student will be able to independently think about a company, about its current business position, its direction in the long run, its resources and competitive abilities, formulate strategies and achieve a sustainable competitive advantage; acquire skills to conduct strategic analysis in various industries and competing situations; to develop a business strategy, thinking carefully about strategic opportunities, and to make sustained strategic decisions; understand the management tasks arising from the implementation of the company`s strategy; understand the need for business to be managed strategically; Know how to assess risks to make healthy decisions and achieve effective results.
