This course aims to prepare the cold to understand new business models, risks, Business processes and return to cloud investment.

Subject content:


The concept of everything as a service (XAAS) in the cloud calculation. Open source clouds and commercial clouds. Layers of service in the cloud. Modeling business, economics and return the investment in the cloud. Business analysis and consulting. Sales, negotiation and marketing. Cloud risk analysis and management. Managing autonomous business processes in the cloud. Quality management and service level contracts. Proper Price Modeling and for the supplier for the client. Provider selection. Migration of the company`s services in the cloud. SLA. Guaranteed level of services. Modeling prices for Paas via IAAS. Price modeling For Saas via Paas and Iaas
