Subject goals and competencies:


With the successful mastering of the subject the student will master the techniques of GIS to solve environmental problems.

Subject content:


Introduction to GIS, GIS Elements and Date Model, Applying GIS to Management of Water Resources and Environmental Impact, 2D Analyzing of Power Pollution, 3D analysis to create surface models from different sources of Data, model prediction and spatial explanation of eutrophorizing Processes in environmental systems.

Предавања поддржани со презентации преку слајдови, интерактивни предавања, вежби (користење на опрема и софтверски пакети), тимска работа, пример случаи, поканети гости предавачи, самостојна изработка и одбрана на проектна задача и семинарска работа, учење во електронско опкружување (форуми, консултации).
