Во рамки на програмата ЕРАЗМУС+ KА 103 на Европската комисија, Универзитетот „Св. Кирил и Методиј” распишува конкурс за доделување стипендии за студенти за реализирање летна студентска пракса/стажирање во програмски земји-учеснички во програмата Еразмус+.

Времетраење на мобилноста за студенти: минимум 2 - максимум 3 месеци во термин

 јуни- септември 2019 година.

КРИТЕРИУМИ ЗА РЕАЛИЗИРАЊЕ ЕРАЗМУС+ СТУДЕНТСКА ПРАКСА/СТАЖИРАЊЕ:

  • Право на пријавување имаат редовни студенти со најмалку завршена прва година на студии. Апликации на апсолвенти и дипломирани студенти нема да бидат разгледувани.
  • Основен предуслов за реализирање Еразмус+ студентска пракса/стажирање е праксата да е предвидена како дел од студиската програма на соодветниот факултет.
  • Кандидатите можат да реализираат куса Еразмус+ студентска пракса во јавна или приватна организација, институција, компанија или претпријатие од Еразмус+ програмските држави.
  • Еразмус+ студентската пракса не може да се реализира на универзитети, во дипломатски претставништва, институции и специјализирани агенции на Европската комисија.
  • За изборот на институција или компанија, студентот може да ја користи интернет-страницата: www.erasmusintern.org или други ЕУ интернет-страници за Еразмус+ пракса.
  • Студентот самостојно ја контактира избраната институција со цел договарање на условите и одобрување на активностите и периодот на стажирање. Студентот до работодавачот (институцијата-домаќин) го доставува формуларот Писмо за покана (Invitation Letter) кое институцијата-домаќин го пополнува и враќа до студентот. УКИМ не посредува во комуникацијата помеѓу студентот и работодавачот (институцијата-домаќин).
  • Студентот самостојно ја организира постапката за добивање виза, како и трошоците за патување и сместување.
  • Студентот е должен да обезбеди соодветно здравствено осигурување.
  • Праксата/стажирањето мора да заврши пред почетокот на зимскиот семестар од учебната 2019/2020 година.

ВИСИНА НА СТИПЕНДИЈА:

Висината на стипендијата за студентска пракса/стажирање изнесува 570-620 ЕУР месечно, согласно земјата на престој (Види листа на интернет-страната на Универзитетот).

 

ПОТРЕБНИ ДОКУМЕНТИ ЗА АПЛИЦИРАЊЕ:

Сите документи за аплицирање се достапни на интернет-страната на Универзитетот www.ukim.edu.mk/меѓународна соработка/ЕРАЗМУС+ или интернет-страната на соодветниот факултет:

  • пополнет формулар за пријавување (Student Application Form);
  • договор за пракса/стажирање (Learning Agreement for Traineeships) во кој се утврдува програмата за стажирање, потпишана и одобрена од страна на студентот, Еразмус+ координаторот  на матичниот факултет и одговорното лице кое го претставува работодавачот (институцијата-домаќин);
  • пополнетo Писмо за покана за реализирање студентска пракса/стажирање (Invitation Letter) од страна на институцијата-домаќин кое студентот самостојно го обезбедува;
  • уверение за положени испити на македонски јазик;
  • најмалку една препорака (на англиски јазик);
  • уверение/диплома за познавање на англиски јазик или јазикот на кој ќе се спроведува праксата/стажирањето издадена  од признат центар/школа за странски јазици;
  • уверение за редовен студент- запишан семестар/година (на македонски јазик);
  • кратка биографија (Europass model);

 

ПО ЗАВРШЕНА МОБИЛНОСТ:

  • На крајот од мобилноста студентот до Одделението за меѓународна соработка во оригинал доставува Завршен извештај (Final Report) уредно потпишан и заверен од страна на студентот и работодавачот;
  • Уредно пополнета и заверена Потврда за пристигнување/заминување (Confirmation of Arrival/Departure).

 

Селекцијата/рангирањето на кандидатите ја прави факултетот согласно утврдените критериуми: академскиот успех, познавање на англиски јазик или јазикот на кој се изведува праксата/стажирањето, мотивација.

Кандидатите лично ја поднесуваат апликацијата до Еразмус+ координаторот на факултетот каде студираат најдоцна до 31 март 2019 година, во три примерока: еден примерок до Еразмус+ коррдинаторот, еден примерок до Ректоратот на УКИМ и еден примерок задржува студентот.

1. General information

  • Show mastery and critical thinking of the software engineering (SE) knowledge and skills and professional issues necessary to begin practice/research as a software engineer.

  • Identify, analyse, and reconcile conflicting project objectives, finding acceptable compromises within limitations of cost, time, knowledge, existing systems and organizations.

  • Enrollment requisites: fully completed undergraduate study cycle with a minimum of 240 ECTS with a degree in the fields of computer science and/or computer engineering.
  • First semester: 5 elective courses divided into two groups: general SE competence and specific SE competence. Student can select at most two from the general SE courses, and at leas from the specific SE courses
  • Second semester: Final master thesis project that equals 30 ECTS.

2. Introductory courses
 
Introductory courses: only for students that have obtained less than 240 ECTS. A number of differential introductory courses are offered in order to level up the required competences. Upon successful completion of the introductory courses, the student has the right to continue with the formal master study programme courses in the second year of studies.

Internet Technologies (3+1+1)

1. General Information

 

Postgraduate studies in Internet technologies aim to provide quality and top European education and training of ICT engineers with deep knowledge of Internet networks, technologies and security. Upon completion of their studies, these engineers will be able to take responsible positions in the processes of planning, design, management and security of Internet networks and work with various types of the latest technologies, including their business aspects.

  • The value of postgraduate studies is 60 ECTS   or 120 ECTS credits
  • Duration of studies: 2 or 4 semesters.
  • One academic year consists of two semesters lasting 30 weeks (1 semester = 15 weeks).
  • The first semester consists of subjects, while the second has a smaller number of subjects and is reserved for the final project, ie. for the master's thesis.
  • Admission Requirements : Completed undergraduate studies in the field of informatics or computer technology and informatics with a minimum of 240 credits. For study directions that carry less than 240 credits, exams offered in the introductory layer are added.
  • Introductory layer : Students who have earned less than 240 credits during their studies are offered a set of differential introductory courses. After their successful realization, the student acquires the right to continue with the second year of postgraduate studies.
  • First semester: 3 mandatory courses and 2 electives, one of which may be from the University list.
  • Second semester: 1 mandatory and 1 elective, which can be from the university list (only if in the first semester the subjects are selected at the Faculty level) and a final project of 18 ECTS

[1] Selection from the lists of subjects from the introductory layer of all master studies at the Faculty of Information Sciences and Computer Engineering

Elective courses can be selected from the proposed list of courses of the study program (Table 2), or from the proposed lists of courses from the introductory layer of other study programs of the Faculty of Information Sciences and Computer Engineering. The selection of courses should be made in accordance with the previous knowledge of the candidate and the necessary knowledge to continue with postgraduate studies in intelligent systems. When choosing courses, the student should coordinate with the head of the study program. A free choice of subject is also allowed, which is on the university list of subjects for the first year of two-year postgraduate studies.

Students who have graduated from other institutions will have to show passed exams in subjects appropriate to the above in order to meet the prerequisites for the respective subject.

 

After the successful completion of all ten courses and 60 credits, the student with previously acquired 180 ECTS credits (or completed three-year studies) continues with the courses from the second academic year of postgraduate studies - Table 3 (IX and X semester). p>

2. Introductory layer

The introductory layer is intended for students who study for less than four years or have earned less than 240 credits from previous studies. The candidate should choose 4 courses from the proposed list, while the other 5 courses can be selected from the other courses offered at the faculty and one of the courses from the university list. If it happens that the candidate has already passed 7 or more of the recommended courses, then he has the right to choose a course from the other courses offered at the faculty.

1. General Information

Postgraduate studies in Management in Information Technology aim to provide quality and top European education and training of highly educated staff with in-depth knowledge of methods and techniques for managing ICT projects and systems. Upon completion of their studies, these staff will be able to take responsible positions in the processes of planning, design, management and monitoring of ICT projects and systems, including their business aspects.

The program in Management Studies in Information Technology is compatible with the relevant studies offered at most of the world's universities that support this topic and enable student mobility.

  • Admission Requirements : Students in Information Technology Management can enroll in graduate students who have 240 or 180 undergraduate credits.
  • Introductory layer : Students who have earned less than 240 credits during their studies are offered a variety of introductory courses. After their successful realization, the student acquires the right to continue with the first semester of postgraduate studies.
  • First semester: 2 compulsory courses, 2 elective courses in the field.
  • Second semester: 1 compulsory subject in the field, 1 elective subject in the field and 1 elective subject from the list of UKIM and final project - master's thesis (18 ECTS)
