На 07 мај 2016 година (сабота) со почеток во 11 часот, Факултетот за информатички науки и компјутерско инженерство организира Отворен ден, на коj идните студенти ќе имаат уште една можност директно да се запознаат со можностите за студирање на Факултетот. Отворениот ден ќе се одржи во просториите на ФИНКИ - на техничко-технолошкиот кампус, во Карпош 2.

Ги повикуваме сите матуранти да дојдат и заедно со своите постари колеги од ФИНКИ од прва рака да се запознаат со Факултетот, со начинот, условите и можностите за студирање, со студиските програми, со лабораториите, просториите за предавање, итн.

Студентите на ФИНКИ, Андреј Златевски, Мартин Трнковски, Филип Тркалески, Горан Јованоски и Владимир Танев со проектот Jet Set Mars од категоријата технологија се победници на NASA Space App Challenge 2016 кој се одржа од 22-24ти април во Скопје. Настанот се одржа во 162 држави, а оваа година во Скопје имаше 119 учесници чија цел беше за 48 часа да најдат софтверско и хардверско решение за предизвиците кои ги поставува НАСА.

Студентите Силвија Стојанова и Мате Саболиќ од ФИНКИ беа дел од тимот Space Monkey's Route 66 кој го освои второто место со проектот Space Root, а студентот Дарко Тодоровски од ФИНКИ беше дел од тимот Avis кој ја освои наградата  "People's Choice Award" со проектот Don't crash my drone.

Тимовите се номинирани за глобалниот натпревар во една од категориите: „Најдобра употреба на податоци“, „Најдобра употреба на хардвер“, „Најдобар концепт на мисија“, „Галактички импакт“, „Најинспиративен проект“ и „Избор на публиката“.

Во конкуренција од 35 тима, тимот DreamКillers составен од Христиан Илиоски, Никола Кусибојоски, Симеон Здравески и Васко Теохаров (студенти на ФИНКИ) го освоија првото место на овогодинешниот 32-часовен маратон во програмирање Codefest Marathon под мотото "Challenge Your Limits".

Асистентот м-р Ристе Стојанов беше дел од менторите на настанот.

Во тек на април 2016 година, во организација на Факултетот за Информатички Науки и Компјутерско Инженерство (ФИНКИ), а поддржано од Град Скопје, започнува тридневна работилница за веб дизајн. На оваа обука можат да учествуваат средношколци од гимназиите во градот Скопје, кои следат втора, трета или четврта година и се заинтересирани да добијат поголемо знаење во делот на веб дизајн и работа со HTML и CSS.

 

Обуката ќе се одржува од 08 до 10 aприл 2016 година, во просториите на ФИНКИ, каде што предавања и работилници ќе бидат одржани од професори и асистенти од факултетот.

Како резултат на оваа обука, учесниците ќе треба да создадат едноставна веб страна која што ќе прикажува информации за некој дел од градот, која што ќе биде информативна и интересна за граѓаните, но и туристите кои што го посетуваат градот Скопје.

По завршувањето на обуката, учесниците ќе имаат работен период од еден месец во координација со професорите, се до почетокот на месец Мај, за секој учесник да ја финализира својата страна. Најдоброто решение ќе биде презентирано на фестивалот : Скопје Креатива 2016. Победникот со најдоброто решение ќе биде награден.

Вчера (30.03.2016), во Драмскиот театар беше одржана церемонија по повод петтиот роденден на ФИНКИ. На церемонијата беа доделени дипломи на дипломираните и магистираните студенти од 2015 година кои студиите ги завршиле на ФИНКИ. Вкупно беа доделени 181 диплома и 40 награди за најдобрите студенти со просечен успех над 9.5.

 

Компаниите Cosmic development, S&T, 6 PM и AMC ги наградија најдобрите тековни студенти, а компанијата „Seavus“ на тројца студенти со просек 10.00 им овозможи ваучер за обука во компанијата и учество на меѓународна конференција.

Здружението ЕТАИ ја додели наградата за најдобар дипломски труд.

 Information for Enrollment of New Students at FINKI

 

 
 
 
In accordance with the Competition for Enrollment of Students in the First Cycle of Studies at the study programs of the University "St. Cyril and Methodius" for the academic year 2024/25, the application of candidates at the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering will be held on:
  • for the first enrollment period on August 29 and 30, 2024
  • for the second enrollment period on September 17 and 18, 2024
  • for the third enrollment period on September 27, 2024
For more efficient processing of enrollment documents, and in accordance with point XI of the UKIM enrollment competition, documents in paper form should be brought to the premises of FINKI on the specified dates from 09:00 to 14:30.
 
At FINKI, in all enrollment periods, graduates who have passed the relevant external and internal subjects from the matriculation exam prescribed by the Competition, as well as graduates who have irrelevant external and internal subjects, can enroll. According to the instructions of UKIM for the implementation of the Competition, graduates who have not passed the relevant external and internal subjects will have a different formula for calculating points from the matriculation exam and high school success. Detailed information is posted on the link for Point Calculation.
 
The required external and internal subjects for enrollment at FINKI, as well as the method of calculating points, are given in the section Required Subjects.

In accordance with the Competition, the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering will enroll a total of 1020 students in the academic year 2024/2025. Interested graduates can choose to enroll in one of the following study programs:
 
First Cycle Study Programs at FINKI

** Students choose whether they will graduate with 4, 6, or 8 semesters upon enrollment in the final semester..

Ranking and selection of candidates will be done according to the Competition.
 
Official information about the accreditation of study programs is published by the Quality Assurance Agency in Higher Education (LINK 1, LINK 2, LINK 3, LINK 4), and the exact distribution of free places in each of them can be viewed in the section Quotas.

Required Documents for Application and Enrollment

 

Before applying within the deadlines specified in the Competition, each interested candidate must register at www.upisi.ukim.mk and complete the electronic application from the iKnow system.

The number that the candidate automatically receives from the electronic registration system must also be entered in the application submitted for enrollment.

The following documents must be submitted along with the application:

  1. University Enrollment Application - Signed A1 form (pink sheet, can be purchased on the day of document submission from the bookstores around the faculty).
  2. Electronic Application from the Faculty - Internal application form (printed from the iKnow system, signed).
  3. Original Transcripts from all grades for verification and a COPY of the same.
  4. Original Document for the completed state graduation exam (certificate of completed secondary education) for verification and a COPY of the same.
  5. Original Birth Certificate for verification and a COPY of the same.
  6. Original Proof of Citizenship of the Republic of North Macedonia for verification and a COPY of the same.
  7. Statement of Authenticity and Accuracy of the copies of the submitted documents.
  8. Statement of Consent for Personal Data (printed from the iKnow system, signed).
  9. Payment Confirmation:
    • 50.00 MKD administrative fee (paid via payment slip or SMS).
    • Confirmation of payment of 300 MKD to the faculty's bank account (a template of the bank account can be obtained from the iKnow system in the Submission section).

For more efficient processing of enrollment documents, and according to point XI of the competition for enrollment at UKIM, the documents in paper form should be submitted to the premises of FCSE on the specified dates from 09:00 to 14:30.

The aim of EESTEC Soft Skills Academy is to give students a kind of complementary education and teach crucial skills which can be used in everyday life.
 

 

This three day event, 40 students from across the University "Ss. Cyril and Methodius" will have the opportunity to actively participate in training, specializing in these skills.
 

 

Knowledge of soft skills enables easier communication, better time management, and improving communication and presentation skills. Using these tools separates and highlightes the individual among the competition when there is an employment and a self-presentation in new environments.
 

Within the academy, despite the several trainings, participants will learn how to write a professional CV and cover letter, which will help in obtaining the desired working position.
 

 

 

 

 

The Academy has a long tradition within EESTEC network, organized by several local committees across Europe and is valid for a successful project which is recognizable organization.

Seavus and Seavus education center are organizing the first conference for new wireless technologies „Next generation wireless" which will take place on 5ht December 2015 from 10:00 am in the Seavus Incubator facilities in Skopje.

 

Subjects from Wi-Fi on 60GHz to ultra fast 5G will be covered, and the lecturers are top macedonian and international expreds which will introduce their newest discoveries and researches on this field.

 

Seavus invites all interested students to attend the conference. The entrence is free of charge, but a reservation is needed on the following web page:http://career.seavus.com.

University Agency for Francophonie (UAF) offers opportunities related to project funding, mobility and student internships.

In addition are the opportunities for scholarships for student internships.

- Student internships in companies in France or in companies which use French

 

o Call until the end of January of the following calendar year.
o Students in the last 2 years of study
o The student himself provides the internship
o Applications for assistance go through agency
o Scholarships from 600 to 800 euros per month
o Duration of 1 to 3 months - student internships in Macedonian companies with French capital / management
o For the first time this year, is not yet fully defined
o Up to 150 euros per month

 

Aid to improve the knowledge of the French language is offered at the French Cultural Center, 30-40 hours, for the applicants which will receive scholarships from the agency.
