Subject goals and competencies:


Upon completion of the course, students will be able to: - identify the life cycle and the basics of the basic processes included in IT Services Management, and how they integrate into real business models of IT Services - Identify the ways in which IT and business can cooperate to improve Overall productivity and efficiency - Learn how to turn reactive relationship between IT and users into a proactive relationship - learn the concepts of IT services management through realistic examples and appropriate Tasks
