Aim of the program: 

The aim of the course is to provide introductory knowledge on selected topics in the field of intelligent systems. It introduces the basic techniques of machine learning, data mining, cognitive science, natural language processing, as well as application the area of bioinformatics. Students will learn and acquire a deeper understanding of the challenges and approaches in designing intelligent systems and with the provided assignments they will be trained to developed practical skills for solving concrete classification and prediction systems.

Aim of the program: 

Basic elements of user interfaces. Development of user interfaces. Understanding the basic types of user interaction. Upon completion of the course the student is expected to demonstrate knowledge of the basic types of user interaction and the principles for their design, and can independently develop interactive applications using programming tools and following the principles learned. 

Internet Technologies

Aim of the program: 

To learn the mechanisms in the HTTP protocol. Learns to use platforms for developing web applications. To create and develop web applications. To develop and use web services.

Aim of the program: 

Understanding of Internet client side programming. The students will attain knowledge of the technologies and the programming languages related to client side programming. After completing the course, the students will be capable for developing interactive web pages by using compiled and scripting languages.

Aim of the program: 

High awareness of ICT fundamentals, ICT history, current status and future; the way how computers work; Web fundamentals; image, video and animation processing; key areas of ICT and their influence; competence to manipulate text, tables, graphs, images, audio and video.
