We are an Australian company with a business office in Skopje.
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative with experience in supporting custom developed applications. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to efficiently resolve problems, be able to self-manage workload and prioritise incidents.
Essential skills:
- Outstanding English skills
- Customer support experience 3+ years
- Experience with Application troubleshooting
- Understanding of Change, Incident, Problem, Release management
- Experience with Microsoft CRM 3+ years
Desired skills:
- Intel AMT experience
- Experience with ITIL
- Understanding of Microsoft .NET
- Experience with integration between Microsoft CRM and Microsoft Outlook
Other:
- Non-traditional work hours (early mornings)
- Ability to work on issues through resolution
- Minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal skills
